Wellbeing Day: Taking Time to Recharge
Last week, our teams across the UK and the US stepped away from project work for our annual Wellbeing Day, taking time to pause, recharge and make the most of the long weekend. Everyone was encouraged to spend the day in whatever way worked best for them, returning with renewed energy and focus.
Why It Matters
The work we deliver depends on clear thinking, collaboration and attention to detail. Taking time away from the day-to-day provides space to reset, helping people return with fresh perspective and focus.
How the Team Spent the Day
Some of the team headed to the mountains, while others enjoyed coastal walks or long bike rides. There were camping trips, live music, craft projects and time shared with friends and family. Others chose a slower pace, taking the opportunity to rest and recharge closer to home. The variety is what makes the day so valuable. The photos shared capture just a snapshot of how our teams chose to spend it.
Creating Space to Step Back
As Crux continues to grow across both the UK and the US, creating an environment where people can do their best work remains a priority.
Supporting wellbeing is part of that commitment, recognising that time to recharge plays an important role in sustaining creativity, collaboration and long-term performance.
Thanks to everyone who embraced this year’s Wellbeing Day and shared a glimpse into how they spent it.
