Crux Celebrate Sustainability Milestone - Carbon Disclosure Project

We’re delighted to announce that Crux has achieved an impressive score in our first-ever submission to the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) in the Climate Change Module. This is a significant milestone for us, especially given the strict evaluation process and the high standards set by the CDP. The CDP is the leading global non-profit that runs the world’s environmental disclosure platform.
Last year, over 23,000 companies disclosed their climate, forests, and water security impacts through the CDP. Of these, 21,000 companies scored, and only 400 made the A-List for all three modules.
It is a proud moment for us to be among those recognised by the CDP for their sustainability efforts, alongside organisations like Marks & Spencer, BAE Systems, ASOS, Dr Martens, and the BBC.

What Does This Achievement Mean?
Our B score in the CDP’s assessment shows that Crux is taking substantial steps towards better environmental management. It acknowledges our efforts to understand and address our business’s ecological impacts.
This aligns with the goals set forth by the Paris Agreement, which aims to keep global warming well below 2 degrees and to pursue efforts to limit temperature rises to 1.5 degrees above pre-industrial levels.
Our Journey
To achieve this score, we underwent a comprehensive application process, detailing our governance, strategies around risks and opportunities related to climate change, and approach to energy use. We also detailed our emissions methodology, targets, performance, engagement, and biodiversity efforts.
Looking Ahead
Participation in the Carbon Disclosure Project shows our dedication to transparent environmental reporting and management. We’re walking towards a more sustainable future, and this is our commitment to our clients, partners, and the community.
