Supporting Women in Leadership at Crux

Published: 02/03/26

At Crux, progress often comes from momentum, but it is shaped just as much by reflection. Taking time away from the pace of delivery creates space to learn, challenge assumptions and strengthen leadership in meaningful ways.

Last week, our Programme Director, Rosie Echeverry, attended the Women’s Business Forum hosted by the Institute of Directors. The day brought together inspiring women in leadership to share honest perspectives and practical ideas on how organisations can better support and retain female talent.

A strong theme throughout the event was the importance of creating environments where female leaders feel confident and able to make a real impact. There was also valuable discussion around supporting women through key transition points, including pregnancy, raising young families and navigating menopause. When businesses respond with understanding and flexibility, they hold on to valuable experience and create space for people to do their best work.

Rosie reflected: “In a fast-moving environment, it’s easy to stay focused on delivery. Taking time to listen, reflect and learn from other women in leadership was incredibly valuable. It reinforced how important it is to support women through the transition points in their lives, while also creating the confidence and space for them to be bold and impactful. When organisations do this well, they don’t just support individuals, they retain experience, talent and future leaders.”

We’re proud to bring these insights back into Crux as we continue to build a culture where talented women are supported to thrive and lead at every stage of their careers.

If you are looking for a place where you can grow and make a real impact, we are hiring across multiple teams in both the UK and the US.
