Thank You to Our 2024 Interns

Last week, we said goodbye to eight interns as they completed their placements, having contributed to a wide range of impactful work.
Over the past year, they’ve contributed across our engineering, human factors and project management teams, supporting live projects, learning new tools, and gaining insight into how multidisciplinary teams work together to add value to our clients.
Our internship programme is designed to give students hands-on experience and exposure to real-world challenges. This cohort brought a thoughtful, inquisitive approach to every task, and their input has been valued across the business.
They also joined us for a roundtable discussion on the Crux Spotlight podcast. The conversation covered what they learned, what surprised them, and how the experience has shaped their thinking about future careers.
