Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Crux, your primary focus will be as brand owner to support the business with a variety of creative tasks: Internal graphic design; brand assets for internal and external use; video reel creation and editing; client facing print and digital outputs; and where required, and if within your capabilities, some motion graphic work.

This role is part of the design team at Crux and requires the ability to independently manage requests from both the immediate design team and the wider business. You will take projects from concept to completion autonomously, while receiving guidance, feedback, and support from senior stakeholders.

You will be responsible for owning the development of brand assets for Crux in physical and digital formats and will support internal and external cross-functional campaigns.   • Owning and developing the Crux brand and its manifestation across multiple touchpoints, document types and audiences – both internal and external.
  • Conceptualising and executing ideas that enhance our brand and resonate with our audience.

Position Overview:

As Head of Human Factors your primary focus will be building Crux Product Design’s best-in-class capability and strategic thought leadership, as well as leading Human Factors programmes for a range of projects in varying phases of development to meet our client briefs and expectations.

The role will have complete departmental accountability, with leadership responsibility for the Human Factors and Usability team. You will nurture growth and development and spearhead continual improvement of best-in-class design output.

Position Overview:

The Senior IT Support Engineer is responsible for overseeing the architecture, security, and long-term planning of IT systems. This role involves leading IT infrastructure projects, managing large-scale systems, and providing high-level support to the organization. The Senior IT Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the company’s IT environment, while also mentoring junior staff and influencing IT strategy.

Principal Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Leadership:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure.
  • Manage complex server environments, including virtualization, storage solutions, and cloud integration.
  • Lead in the development and execution of IT strategy for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Ensure high availability of critical systems and lead disaster recovery initiatives.

Advanced Network & System Administration:

  • Maintain and optimize enterprise-level network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Administer cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure) and integrate them with on-premises systems.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems through the implementation of robust security protocols.
  • Manage backups, data integrity, and disaster recovery planning for critical IT systems.

Project Management:

  • Lead IT infrastructure projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

What We’re Looking For…
